The protection of your personal data is a special concern of us. Thus, we process your data exclusively based on legal regulations (GDPR, Austrian TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of the data processing in the context of a recruiting process.

Data of job candidates

We perform assessments with job candidates in cooperation with the following assessment test providers:

If you are a job candidate, we transmit your name to these providers in preparation for the test. The tests consist of programming, cognitive ability and personality tests. The assessment test providers save your name, e‑mail address, the test results and other technical data (like IP address, …). Please note the privacy policy of each assessment test provider.

If you are a job candidate we also save your personal data (CV, identity, contact information, certificates, degrees, …). We transmit these data to potential employers. We oblige the employers to treat these data as confidential and not to pass them to third parties. We also oblige the employers to make the data available internally only on a need-to-know basis with respect to the hiring process.

We delete these data only upon explicit request.

We protect our systems from unauthorized access by authentication systems and encryption. We check and update the security measures on a regular basis.

With regard to your personal data, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent. Please note that we can refuse your request for erasure, if we save data because of legal requirements or for enforcing legal claims.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in conflict with the current legal regulations or your privacy has been violated in any way, you have the right for complaint at or at the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
